On a warm and sunny morning we had 10 members attending so all the scheduled jobs were completed. These were:

1. Watering the recently planted fruit trees as well as the yew trees planted the month before - fortunately several members had brought about 20+ 5 litre water containers so we were able to hopefully give these trees at least enough to survive with the hope that rain may come soon.
2. The wildflower area alongside Thoresby Road was thoroughly dug over ready for seed to be sown next month.
3. Bracken was cleared from the hedgerow alongside the grassland area on the Sandy Lane reserve.
4. Litter was collected from both reserves.
